📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only to Singapore.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Local deliveries typically take 1–3 working days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size.
Tracking Your order
Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.
You can track your order on through the courier website.
Tracking will not be available if the item(s) is shipped by our own internal logistics. You may receive a call/sms when it is out for delivery
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days.
We will assist in liaising with the courier to resolve the issue.
